Note: We are an out-of-network provider in Tennessee; however, many clients may not be aware that their insurance plan may include out-of-network benefits that can help cover therapy services. I can provide you with a superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I’m here to assist you through this process and ensure therapy is as accessible as possible for you.

Fees and potential insurance reimbursement will be discussed when the initial appointment is scheduled. It is your responsibility to know what your policy may reimburse and the amount of your deductible and/or co-pay prior to engaging in services. Payment is due at the beginning of each session or prior to your scheduled appointment.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please verify your coverage before scheduling services by calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible?
How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Do I need approval from my family physician?

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire session fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
